Meet our team

While our senior management team has over 30 years of combined experience in managing our business, it is the operational teams that keep our clients at the centre of our business.


Fully integrated, in-house marketing and user management platform. Our Marketing Team is responsible for servicing our clients and generating leads through direct media buying, rather than relying on affiliates. They are tasked with upholding Invesus’ group of brands and the production of marketing collateral to support the business needs.


Our Sales Team is responsible for generating and developing sales for new and existing broker clients. They do this by directly talking with clients and helping them get to grips with all aspects of provision of financial services and trading.


Our Dealing Room Team maintains oversight of risk positions, dealing with customer enquiries and executing trades. They possess strong numerical and analytical skills with deep knowledge of our financial markets and associated products.

Customer Support

Our Customer Support Team provide multilingual customer support and optimises and facilitates a high level customer support related services for broker clients and traders. We own and operate a proprietary customer support technology suite that allows us to provide a better quality of service, excellent customer journey and maximise ARPU.


Our Partnership Team is the main point of contact for our white label, marketing agent and affiliate partners. They manage and develop the relationships, while offering help and advice in relation to their marketing, compliance and product development requirements to enable them to achieve enhanced commercial performance.


Our Compliance Team provides sound and considered Compliance advice to our Firm and individual business units. They monitor and assess the effectiveness of the company’s systems and controls to manage its non-financial risks; and use our Internal Compliance Programme to implement plans for the remediation of weaknesses or deficiencies and to help promote and embed compliance and a compliance culture throughout our organisation.
